Here's how it works
- Faders are your taste. Push up what matters, pull down what doesn't. They don't need to add up to anything.
- The sun dial picks a month. June sun sets way north, December way south, and the lake re-ranks around it. Flip to sunrise if you're a coffee-on-the-dock person.
- Noise chips decide what "quiet" means. Love the marina? Untick it.
- Click a lot to see what's in front of it. Horizon puts you on the dock, 360°. Skyline turns scores into towers of light.
Trees, slope, docks and houses aren't in the model. It's pure geometry from the association's lot map, so boat past before you fall in love.
